“Football is the greatest team sport”…this quote is often heard coming from Jim. His many years of playing Linebacker, Defensive End and Defensive Tackle for Lower Canada College and Champlain College in Quebec, give Jim a strong understanding of the game and the strength behind his conviction. Jim started his coaching career with TCMTFA 5 years ago, when his son Ronnie started to play, and has been an active Board Member of TCMTFA for 4 years.

Fields Director, Janet Cumby
After growing up in a Kitchener household that didn’t watch any football, Janet married Kevin who introduced her to the sport. Their love for football was passed on to their son who joined the league in 2005. Since that time Janet has been a parent volunteer, team manager and currently Fields Director. Janet also supports her husband who assistant coaches most of the year. Being actively involved in their church and dedicated to their son and daughter take up any spare time left for the Cumby’s. “Being involved in football is a great experience. Get involved, support your child and have fun!!

Registrar, Bardish Chagger
Born and raised in Waterloo, Bardish has recently joined the TCMTFA Board as a Director at Large, responsible for the coordination and management of Team Managers for the 2008 season. Last year Bardish joined the TCMTFA Family as Team Manager for the 2007 Championship winning Firehawks (Myte Level). Bardish recognizes the importance of Team Managers as essential figures in creating the flow of communications within the team including players, parents and coaches.
